According to news reports he said yesterday that "everyone can prosper given a fair shot and a fair share." When he directed his Auto Task Force to take the unprecedented step of entering into a private industry they either caused or allowed taxpayer provided funds to be used in a discriminatory manner. In this case, his task force, operating with his oversight and approval, chose to make his political supporters - two large unions - to be made whole concerning their pensions while those who were considered too small and weak to fight back were allowed to lose everything, including the salaried workers. They manipulated the value of the pension funds, they prevented the planned fair treatment contained in company records and they hid everything behind closed doors. Our organization has been working to reveal the records of these decisions but the Obama Administration has worked hard in Federal Court to prevent that and is currently in defiance of that court concerning our efforts at discovery. They are unquestionably hiding what they did. So "fair shot and fair share" only applies to President Obama if he thinks it supports those who support him.
