Upcoming Memorial Services

Bruce Bowker, 61 Osawatomie, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at his home.  A visitation is planned from 6  to 9 p.m. Friday with a  short service at 8:30 p.m. at Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home in Osawatomie.

Judith Ann Thompkins, 68, of Osawatomie, died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, in Olathe Medical Center.  Services are pending at Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home.

Mary Wood, 90, rural Paola, died Sunday in Olathe Medical Center. She is survived by four children including her daughter, Beverly Nuessen, of the home. Services for Mrs. Wood will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Soldier Cemetery in Soldier, Kan.
